Tot mij wendde zich Manon Thomas inzake het navolgende.

U bent bekend dat uiterst compromitterend beeldmateriaal van cliënte, dat op onrechtmatige wijze is verkregen (waarschijnlijk via het hacken van haar computer), is verspreid. Uw website (http://erotica.storage-disk.com/selfmade/manon-thomas/) heeft hier op prominente wijze aandacht aan besteed.

Op dit moment loopt er een strafrechtelijk onderzoek door de politie Friesland. In dit onderzoek zijn huiszoekingen verricht, waarbij computers in beslag zijn genomen en waarbij de vermoedelijke daders in beeld zijn gekomen. Cliënte kan zich, hoewel zij volledig uit het veld is geslagen door deze feiten, goed voorstellen dat uw website aandacht heeft besteed aan dit nieuws, maar is van mening dat u hierin te ver bent gegaan door op uw website de foto’s en / of het videomateriaal te plaatsen.

Dit is onrechtmatig, nu uw redactie wist, dan wel had behoren te weten dat dit materiaal op onrechtmatige wijze is verkregen en openbaar is gemaakt. Cliënte lijdt hierdoor schade, waarvoor ik u aansprakelijk stel.

Hierbij verzoek en, voor zover nodig, sommeer ik u om al het beeldmateriaal en eventueel andere uitingen waarmee het materiaal rechtstreeks kan worden bekeken - per omgaande - te verwijderen, bij gebreke waarvan ik overweeg namens cliënte rechtsmaatregelen te nemen middels het adieren van de voorzieningenrechter.

Verder verzoek ik u met mij in overleg te treden over een passende schadevergoeding, nu cliënte bij niet vrijwillige betaling ook hiervoor de rechter zal adieren.

We do not want to infring any copyright. We just want to show the art of great erotica. If someone is offenced with their own images made and republished here: We liked them but we will delete them if you ask it. No problems, no offences.

Right now we have removed images from: Playboy (BattleStar Gallactica Babe);  Breathtakers; Manon Thomas as they should not have been published.

We do deeply regret that those images were published and they have been removed by the first request.

Rather than asking for cooperation we were forced to remove the breath-takers series .. (although we found them freely on the internet elsewhere).

We received following e-mail:

I am the joint owner of the web-site www.breath-takers.com and, hold the copyright to the photographs displayed on that web-site.

It has come to my attention that you have copied my photographs and are using them on a site called

Please cease and desist from using my photography immediately and ceae and desisit from using content from my web-site IMMEDIATELY.

if you do not do this IMMEDIATELY, I will place the matter in the hands of my lawyers without further notice.

Hey dudes: We have found the content on the internet, so we did not steal anything .. you still can download it there ..

Tried to find any webmaster deals to give you provit, but no go .. So the images where there for our own private joy .. nothing special .. The images are taken down and you have your free-link on this website to your webpages.

I think this solves the case.
